Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service consstitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and OmniShop.pro, doing business as OmniShop.pro ("OmniShop", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your acces to and use of the https://omnishop.pro website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. In case you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue the use immediately.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.

Fees and payments

You may be required to purchase or pay a fee to access some of our services. You agree to privide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Your further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We bill you though an online billing account for purchases made via the Sit4e. Sales tax will be added to theprice of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments are made in Euros.

You agree to pay all charges or fees at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon making your purchase. If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging yhour payment method on a a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation.

We reserve the right to correct any error or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserver the right to reuse any order placed through the Site.

Confidentiality

Definition of Confidential Information. As used in this Agreement, "Confidential Information" means all confidential and proprietary information of a party (the "Disclosing Party") disclosed to the other party (the "Receiving Party"), whether orally or in writing, that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure, including the Service, business and marketing plans, technology and technical information, product designs, and business processes. Confidential Information shall not include any information that:

 (I) is or becomes generally known to the public without breach of any obligation owed to the Disclosing Party;

 (II) was known to the Receiving Party prior to its disclosure by theDisclosing Party without breach of any obligation owed to the Disclosing Party;

 (III) was independently developed by the Receiving Party without breach of any obligation owed to theDisclosing Party; or

 (IV) is received from a third party without breach of any obligation owed to the Disclosing Party.

Confidentiality. The Receiving Party shall not disclose or use any Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party for any purpose outside the scope of this Agreement, except with theDisclosing Party's prior written permission.

Protection. Each party agrees to protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information of the other party in the same manner as it protects the confidentiality of its own proprietary and confidential information of like kind (but in no event using less than reasonable care).

Compelled Disclosure. If the Receiving Party is compelled by law to disclose ConfidentialInformation of the Disclosing Party, it shall provide the Disclosing Party with prior notice of such compelled disclosure (to the extent legally permitted) and reasonable assistance, at theDisclosing Party's cost, if the Disclosing Party wishes to contest the disclosure.

Remedies. If the Receiving Party discloses or uses (or threatens to disclose or use) anyConfidential Information of the Disclosing Party in breach of confidentiality protections contained in this Agreement, the Disclosing Party shall have the right, in addition to any other remedies available to it, to seek injunctive relief to enjoin such acts, it being specifically acknowledged by the parties that any other available remedies may be inadequate.

Prohibited activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site avaialbe. The Site may not be used in connection with nay commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Terms and termination

Without limiting any other provision of these terms of use, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Site (including blocking certain IP addresses), to any person for any readon or for no reason at all, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these terms of service. After the termination you will be prohibited to create other account on the Site.
